Refund Policy

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Retainer

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your ceremony time slot. This retainer reserves your date and time exclusively, removes the slot from availability for other couples, and initiates vendor coordination on your behalf. Because of this, retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation by the Couple

More than 60 days before the ceremony: The remaining balance (if already paid) will be refunded. Your retainer is non-refundable, but may be applied as a credit toward a future Evelyn Rose Elopements date within 12 months, subject to availability.

30 to 60 days before the ceremony: 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Less than 30 days before the ceremony: No refund will be issued. The full package amount is non-refundable. Vendor partners have already been contracted and materials have been ordered.

Date Transfers

If you need to change your ceremony date, we will do our best to accommodate a one-time transfer to a future available date, subject to a $250 rescheduling fee. Date transfers must be requested at least 30 days before your original ceremony date. Transfers within 30 days are not guaranteed.

Cancellation by Evelyn Rose Studios

In the rare event that Evelyn Rose Studios must cancel your ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including your deposit. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or find an alternative solution before issuing a cancellation.

Force Majeure

If your ceremony cannot take place due to events beyond anyone's reasonable control (natural disasters, government-mandated closures, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule to a future available date at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit toward future Evelyn Rose services will be issued. Force majeure events do not qualify for cash refunds.

Add-On Refunds

Fees for additional guests or add-on services are refundable if the add-on is canceled at least 14 days before the ceremony date. Add-ons canceled within 14 days are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@evelynrosestudios.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval using the original payment method.
